What does sexual harassment in the workplace mean?

ZERO tolerance that's what it means. It is great that there is no tolerance for sexual harassment. I personal don't think any one should experience harassment of any sort.  Harassment of any sort is not a pleasant thing. It can stay with you your whole life time and could leave you traumatized. It sticks in your head and changes your perspective in a snap of a finger.  

Do you think it is OK for employees to take things from work for thier personal use.

Week #4:  Personally I think it's NOT ok for you take things from work for personal use. It can cause problems with your employees. You can be accused of using it the wrong way or not meeting the safety hazards. The equipment/tool etc can be malfunctioning before you even take it home and you be accused of damaging it. Taking or borrowing some thing comes with huge expectations and responsibilities. You should expect the person who lend it to you to receive it just the way you received it. Be responsible enough to repair or reimburse what you damaged.  

Will I be motivated to work for money or for the love of my job.

Week 3: Money over your career. When I do something I got to do it because I love it. Money will buy anything but it will never make me happy. What is the point of having materialistic things if you don't live happy. You can enjoy the things but only to a point then you are going to want newer and more expensive things. When you do it for money you won't make as much as if you did it for what you love. Steve Jobs did what he loved and made billions and it still makes millions every year. Steve Jobs said once " you got to do great work and the only way to do great work is to do what you love". So strive and keep seeking what you love and settle until you do!

My Writing Challenges

Everyone has some trouble when it comes to writing. Some people can not think of what to say when they don't choose the topic. While others have tons to say they seem to have better ideas and get more open. They also don't have to repeat what they recently said or repeat the same topic they have chose before. I personally struggle revising over my essay I seem to have a tendency to look over it once then correct the errors and turn it in without revising it once again. Nobody is perfect and forget or may skip an error. Just by not placing a symbol after the sentence it would make your sentence incomplete. Revising your essay can be a good key to most of your problems and correct your writing errors.

Communicating in High School

Having trouble communicating in high school? Well at least you ain't the only one. I've never really had that trouble until I attended Santa Maria High. You get many perspective when you stay quiet and think. I attended a court school in eighth grade at Vista CA didn't get out until my sophomore year. Moving to Santa Maria High had a dramatic impact on me. Coming from a thirty student school to over 1000 students you can see a difference there. Could it be that or is it because I am not open enough or just shy?
