What does sexual harassment in the workplace mean?

ZERO tolerance that's what it means. It is great that there is no tolerance for sexual harassment. I personal don't think any one should experience harassment of any sort.  Harassment of any sort is not a pleasant thing. It can stay with you your whole life time and could leave you traumatized. It sticks in your head and changes your perspective in a snap of a finger.

    Well, just because zero tolerance is the rule, does that stop people from their plight? I agree with you, though harassment of any sort should not occur.

    I completely agree with the fact that there shouldn't be any tolerance with sexual harassment. It can greatly impact a person's life in a very negative way.

    I agree with it Juan that harassment can change people lives forever. People should speak up if this happens anywhere where they don't feel safe.

    Yes work has to be safe and respectful environment. There's always something people don't like. So this should be no zero tolerance.

    This is so true, no workplace should allow sexual harassment. I think it's very unpleasant and it can make a deep impact on the person that being harass and the one making the harassment.

    I agree harassment of any sort is not good no matter who is doing it. Being harassed can change your whole perspective on life. It might even ruin it.

    The workplace should be a safe environment for people to get along. No one should be harassed, it is an awful feeling and can make you feel unwanted. It's better to make friends with your co-workers so that you guys get along. Work would feel safer and more fun.

    I totally agree with you juan it changes your point of view towards everything and everyone around you. It can even start giving you fear within you surroundings.

    Sexual harassment is a big problem in today's society, and its nice to see that from your post so many people agree and have no tolerance for it.
