Do you think it is OK for employees to take things from work for thier personal use.
Week #4: Personally I think it's NOT ok for you take things from work for personal use. It can cause problems with your employees. You can be accused of using it the wrong way or not meeting the safety hazards. The equipment/tool etc can be malfunctioning before you even take it home and you be accused of damaging it. Taking or borrowing some thing comes with huge expectations and responsibilities. You should expect the person who lend it to you to receive it just the way you received it. Be responsible enough to repair or reimburse what you damaged.

I agree. take things that belongs to you and ask if they don't.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you it could cause problems at your workplace. You should ask to barrow an item that isn't yours instead of taking it in you're own hands.
